City of Los Angeles:
Project: Net-Zero Homes - 3 new homes on scattered lots.
Status: In Design
This exciting new project consist of the development of 3 net-zero homes on scattered lots in Los Angeles. Net-zero homes are desinged to produce enough energy to meet all the power demand of the home. The project is a partnership with Restore Neighborhoods LA, Minarc architects, and Global Green.
City of Lynwood:
Project: Wright Rd project - 2 units – 1 new, 1 rehab.
Status: In Design – City Review
This property was acquired through our Neighborhood Stablization Program funding. The existing home on the lot will be rehabbed as part of the NSP progam and the new home will be constructed as part of our 2012 Thrivent partnership.
