Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (HFH GLA) partners with a diverse range of corporate, community, faith and educational groups to build common ground by sharing our vision of a world without poverty housing. Volunteer days are an excellent way to engage your employees/members in a meaningful group experience on the construction site or in the ReStore.
Groups with 10-15 volunteers are scheduled Tuesday – Saturday, with Saturday workdays often booked months in advance. Group opportunities are available at the construction sites and in our ReStores on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to those that sponsor their day. Please see below for more information on how Corporate Groups and Faith and Community Groups can schedule a group volunteer day.
Complete the Group Interest Form and return it via mail, fax or email to our office to the attention of the appropriate contact listed on the form.
Corporate Team Build Days can be used as a reward for hard-working employees; an annual community service project; a team building experience; or simply a fun way to get to know a different side of your co-workers. Return the Group Interest Form to Helen Dosta, Development Manager. For more information about Corporate Group Volunteer Build Day Sponsorships, learn more.

Hollywood for Habitat for Humanity (HFHFH) is an entertainment industry partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles. Actors, screenwriters, musicians, athletes, agents, directors, producers, studio executives and label executives are welcome and are among the thousands of volunteers who have and continue to help us build homes for people in need, in the greater Los Angeles area and around the world.
Faith Relations Groups
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles has many ways for groups of all denominations and faith traditions to partner with us to put faith into action. Nearly 175 faith groups from across greater Los Angeles are already serving with HFH GLA. Return the Group Interest Form to Chris Untiet, Faith Relations Manager.

Youth and School Groups
Youth volunteer groups are among our most enthusiastic and energetic. We invite youth 16 years of age and older to volunteer on the construction site and those 14 and older to participate in a group workday at the ReStore. We ask that youth groups have a one to five, adult to youth volunteer ratio. Return the Group Interest Form to our Youth Programs Coordinator.

Community groups provide significant support for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles and are encouraged to come out and volunteer with us. We welcome groups from all walks of life to join us in providing decent and affordable housing for those in need. You will find this a rewarding experience and a great opportunity to bond with colleagues while doing something meaningful in the community. Return the Group Interest Form to Belen Bernal, Community Engagement Manager.
Veteran/Active Military Groups
The Veterans Outreach Initiative seeks to engage the veteran community in Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles programs and services (including veterans, active duty military members and their friends and families). These build days provide these groups the opportunity to continue giving back through community service. Individual veterans and groups are encouraged to sign up. Return the Group Interest Form to our Veterans Outreach Coordinator.
