Intern
Description: Provide general
office support including research, event planning support, website
updates, newsletter updates, data entry and general correspondence.
Skills/ qualities required:
Solid organizational and communication skills, good with people, be
internet savvy and have an ability to take charge and be accountable.
Good follow up is extremely important in this position. Proficient with
PC’s – Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. A basic knowledge of
Publisher, Adobe and graphics programs is a plus!
Hours: Mon- Fri, 10am –
5pm, but we are flexible with student’s availability, 2 – 4 months

Land
Development Coordinator
Description:
The Land Development Coordinator will assist the Real Estate
Department in a wide range of administrative functions including:
Locating and acquiring new project sites, Securing project entitlements (permits, map
processing), Assisting with the management of project consultants,
Preparing funding applications from Federal, State, and Local
sources, Preparing draw requests,
Coordinating escrow closings, Preparing bid requests for professional services.
Skills/ qualities
required: Experience in
architecture, construction, civil engineering, or real estate, Familiar
with affordable housing development, Familiar with typical homebuyer
qualifications and loan closing requirements, Knowledge of Microsoft
Office and Project
Hours:
10 – 20 hours weekly, on-going
Additional
Notes: Extremely well organized
with commitment to mission of organization and general interest in
non-profits. Good sense of humor.
