Youth Programs

Whether you are an individual, family, school group, youth club, or religious organization, there is a way for you to get involved! Young people ages 5 to 25 can take action to fight sub-standard housing!

 


 

Summer Build Trips for Students

Individual students ages 16 to 18 can be part of Habitat's work this summer in Tennessee, Mississippi or Washington through HFHI's Learn and Build Experience.  Scholarships are available.  Applications are due February 15, 2010. 

Groups of high school and college students can participate in Collegiate Challenge alternative break trips year round.  Registration is currently open for Summer 2010 Collegiate Challenge trips.

Are you a Habitat for Humanity youth leader? 
Find out how to qualify and apply for the Apprentice Builder award.

See the application for more details. Each year we award one inspiring young person with this award at our annual Volunteer Appreciation event.  Applications will be due in April 2010.
